Position Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Director Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions to clients in the United States. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the specified timeframe.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Experience in End-to-End Sales
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance metrics, and progress reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Work very closely with market sales and business development organization and cross functions.
  • Handle MSSPs, Channel partners and direct clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 13+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling cybersecurity solutions such as SIEM, XDR, SOC, etc.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the IT services industry & cybersecurity industry with a demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Candidates with strong relationships and a proven ability to cultivate and swiftly generate business will be given preference.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
